INFRARED SAUNA: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 10:00 am - 6:00 pm, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday 11:00 am - 3:00 pm

EXERCISE CLASSES: Monday & Thursday 7:00 am - 7:30 am, & 2:10 pm - 2:40 pm, Saturday 8:20 am - 8:50 am

TAI CHI CLASSES: Monday & Thursday 7:40 am - 8: 20 am, & 1:30 pm- 2:10 pm, Saturday 9:00 am - 9:40 am
